2025-2026 Central DeWitt Archery Club Registration

2025-2026 Central DeWitt Archery Club Registration is open from October 6th-17th 2025 Purpose The purpose of the Central DeWitt Archery Club is to provide all students in grades 5–12 at Central DeWitt Schools and St. Joe’s Catholic School with the opportunity to develop and grow their archery skills both indoor and outdoor. Archery builds focus, discipline, and attention to detail, while also offering a safe, fun, and exciting way to be part of one of the fastest-growing sports today. Affiliations The Central DeWitt Archery Club is affiliated with the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP). This nation wide program requires that an archery curriculum be taught "in school" by a certified Basic Archery Instructor (BAI) in order to have a competitive team. Our NASP program for the state is administered by the Iowa DNR. Seasons Our indoor archery season begins in December and will finish up after the State tournament in March. Our outdoor spring / summer 3D league begins in May and will end in August. Competitive Teams Our NASP indoor season features three competitive teams: • Central DeWitt Middle School (6th–8th grade) • St. Joe’s Catholic School (6th–8th grade) • Central DeWitt High School (9th–12th grade) While our 5th graders will not compete, they will spend the season being introduced to NASP archery. This early experience helps them build skills and confidence so they are fully prepared to compete once they enter 6th grade. To register please go to the link: https://forms.gle/CDM8ryj4BBe8f9759
