Mindful Teen: From Surviving to Thriving in a Busy World. Mondays and Thursdays, October 25 – November 11th, 3:30 – 4:30 pm Mindful Teen is an engaging 6-session workshop series for 7th & 8th graders. Mindful teen focuses on providing practical strategies to manage stress, difficult emotions and help improve overall well-being, relationships and performance in school, sports, the arts and other daily activities.
